More than a gin, Shirabi is a study in harmony: a pursuit of balance where complexity unfolds gradually and luxury is expressed through essentiality, purity and intention.
Born within the LMDV Capital universe, Shirabi Gin takes shape as a project built around an idea of rarity. Guided by the Japanese principle of Kaizen — the constant pursuit of refinement — the recipe, developed together with master distiller Yoichi Motoki, highlights nine rare Japanese botanicals selected with meticulous care.
The bottle, crafted entirely in stainless steel and designed by Kenya Hara, visually translates the purity of the project and an idea of luxury that feels measured, refined and contemporary.

For the brand’s debut, we curated an immersive private experience in Milan, conceived as a contemporary omakase bar where ritual, tasting and atmosphere came together in an experience built around Shirabi’s identity. At the center of the event, for the first time in Italy, Yuzo Komai — Head Bartender of Tokyo’s Centifolia and global ambassador of Shirabi — guided guests through a sensory journey where mixology, light and sound became part of a narrative aligned with the philosophy of the brand.
From launch to storytelling, we accompanied Shirabi in shaping its identity: from social teasing strategy and content to the invitation of influencers and VIP guests for the debut. An ecosystem designed to translate the same idea of exclusivity, intention and refinement into experience.
